Personal Breakthrough as a session in itself or as a key part of Behaviour Based Coaching is the rapid way to achieve significant changes in your personal development.

The simple process of ‘Cause and Effect’ means the responsibility for change is always yours but you will learn to take full responsibility for your own actions, and as a result the confidence to take full responsibility for your own progress and results, you will be able to make real, noticeable changes right away.
The 2 consecutive intensive sessions will focus on what you want, and how you want to be different.
